We have worked with a number of realtors in a number of states and Susan Petersen was the best. It was so nice to work with a realtor who immediately responded to texts and phone calls. She was so flexible and available. We were only in the area for a week and she was so willing to get us in to see the houses we wanted to see and wasn't afraid to call and ask if we could see a house the same day (other realtors we've worked with have been reluctant and told us they needed to give 24 hour notice). She also helped tremendously with her knowledge of the area and with being willing to talk to the sellers' agents to see if they were willing to negotiate cost. We wouldn't have thought we could get the home we purchased for the price we did, but Susan was great at helping us to negotiate a great price and a very smooth process of escrow. I would highly recommend Susan Petersen.
